NOTES

We all want to have a fun time, so to ensure this, anyone who has too much to drink or is otherwise obviously affected by anything mind altering, or has too much drama going on will be asked to leave the party, until they recover :) It should go without saying: no drugs are allowed at the party.
 

WHO IS INVITED TO PERFORM
All transgender musicians and transgender bands, and guest appearances by established recording artists who wish to perform. Bands and acts must have at least one transgender/t-girl/t-man member to participate. All genres of music accepted.

  • 5:00pm-7:00pm Tactic Room: Our theme is DRESSED TO THE NINES, your hostesses are Sarah and Ashlee. Come mingle and chat together during our mixer!

​​

  • Evening meals can be ordered in advance at the WXYZ Bar and consumed there, or in the Tactic Room during our Dressed to the Nines mixer

​​

  • 5:00pm-7:00pm Dressed to the Nines Mixer in our Hospitality Suite, in the Conference/Tactic Room: Join hostesses Sarah and Ashlee as we mingle and chat together during our mixer

 

  • 8:00PM-10:00PM: Tactic Room: Open Stage Live Music

FRIDAY

 

  • 8:00am - 10:00am Breakfast available in the RE:FUEL by ALOFT

  • 11:00am Kentucky Derby Party poolside, with Ashlee

​​​

  • 12:00PM - 1:00PM Lunch available in the RE:FUEL by ALOFT

​

  • 1:00PM - 5:00PM  Poolside: Pool Party​

​

  • 2:00pm-3:00pm Corn Hole Tournament, poolside

​

  • Evening meals can be ordered in advance from your menus or at the WXYZ Bar and consumed in the Tactic Room

  • 6:30pm-8:00pm Sign-in, meet in the Tactic Room for drinks 

​​

  • 7:00pm Strut Your Stilettos Contest with Holly in the Tactic Room
    Strut Your Stilettos is a high heel modeling contest where contestants will walk down a lighted runway to be scored by judges for shoes, strut and attitude. There will be a long stem red rose and prizes given to contestants. First place winner will be crowned as the Strut Queen, receive her tiara, and give her victory walk down the runway

  • 1:00pm Shopping Trip. Meet Liz in the main lobby. Destinations will be determined by Liz by input from all who go

  • 1:00PM - 5:00PM  Poolside: Pool Party

  • 2:00pm-6:00pm Queen of Hearts Charity Poker Tournament in the Tactic Room. No cash prizes, have fun playing to win the Queen of Hearts tiara! Proceeds benefit Heartland Transgender Events Foundation LLC​​

  • Midnight-3:00 am or until over. WEEKEND FAREWELL MOMENT: End of weekend goodbye moment: PJ Party in the Hospitality Suite, Tactic Room. NO CIS-MEN. T-girls, T-men, and women only. Nighties or lingerie only for T-girls and women, T-men PJs. No flannel or fleece! Toys optional. BYOB. Will escort you from and back to your room if you contact Lindsay or Hanna, or sign up at the Welcome/ Sign-In Table before the PJ Party. This is not a play party, this is an AFAB and t-girls social event... you can play in your own suite or room :)

SUNDAY

  • 10:00 am-1:00 pm Last goodbyes after check-out in the WXYZ Bar area until 1pm​
